Level Up Gems in the Background

By pressing Ctrl-C, when you hover the mouse cursor over an item, you can copy the properties written on the tool tip, as if you're copying actual text. You can paste it somewhere in Notepad with Ctrl-V later. It is great for showing friends or the community an item without needing to take a screenshot, which takes up a bigger file size.

Knowing How Many Enemies are Left in an Instance
You may think that you have cleared out that map, but you want to make sure. Enter "remaining" in chat to see how many are left. If there's more of them still alive, go search and destroy. But if a few of them left, maybe you should move to another instance.

Allocate Passives Fast
For another use of Ctrl-Click, it is used in the passive skill tree. If you dislike those pop-ups asking you whether you're sure about picking that passive, then bypass them and fill up your passive skill tree and make you use your points as you wish. This is handy in races indeed, wherein every second is precious.

Use PoE Currency Items without Hassle
The last tip perhaps is one of the most useful, especially for real players.
