Paul George Is Traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder

After the trades of Jimmy Butler and Chris Paul, rumors and speculations of another top-15 player, the cover athlete for NBA 2K17, have come to an end. Paul George is not going to Los Angeles, Cleveland, or any other rumored team, instead, he was dealt to the Oklahoma City Thunder in exchange for guard Victor Oladipo and forward Domantas Sabonis.

To pair George and NBA MVP Russell Westbrook will give the Thunder a one-two punch that can stack up with any in the Western Conference. George isn’t Kevin Durant, but he is a leading scorer of Indiana, a four-time All-Star, his game and impact are closer to KD than almost any other player’s in the league. The pairing of George and Westbrook is certainly a formidable one, right now OKC are not ready to beat the Warriors, but they are getting awfully close.
