Timeout Streamlining
The major goal of the Competition Committee is to smooth out the flow of games, here are the modified timeout rules that is set to go effect for next season:

• Teams will only get 14 total timeouts, with no restrictions per half.
• Both “full” and “20-second” timeouts have been replaced by team timeouts, all team timeouts will be 75 seconds.
• There will be two mandatory timeouts in all four periods, mandatory timeouts will take place after the first stoppage under the seven- and three-minute marks.
• The under-nine-minute mandatory timeouts in the second and fourth periods will be eliminated.
• Each team can enter the fourth period with up to four team timeouts.
• Each team will be limited to two team timeouts after the later of (i) the three-minute mark of the fourth period or (ii) the resumption of play after the second mandatory timeout of the fourth period.
• Previously, each team has three timeouts per overtime period. But for the next season, there will be two.
• If a free throw shooter venturing beyond the three-point line between attempts, it will be assessed as a delay-of-game violation.
• Halftime will last 15 minutes for all games, beginning immediately upon expiration of the second period. If a team is not ready to start play at the expiration of the halftime clock, a delay-of-game penalty will be issued. Thursday was a big day for fans of NBA and NBA 2K17. On draft night, the Philadelphia 76ers won the draft by trading for the No. 1 pick to take Markelle Fultz. The Lakers took Lonzo Ball with No. 2 pick. However, almost everyone agrees that Minnesota Timberwolves were the biggest winners last night.

The Wolves sent Kris Dunn, 2016 first-round pick, shooting guard Zach LaVine and the No. 7 pick to Chicago for Butler and the No. 16 pick. Jimmy Butler, who excels on both ends of the floor, will reunite with his former coach Tom Thibodeau in Minnesota, and joins a core of Karl-Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins that may rank among the best in the league within two years.

Minnesota used the No. 16 pick to take lanky - but - skilled Creighton big man Justin Patton, while Chicago used No. 7 on Arizona big Lauri Markkanen. Paul George Plans to Leave the Franchise in the summer of 2018

How to Shoot Perfect Shots in NBA 2K17

In NBA 2K17, one thing people has noticed is that it is difficult to get  green releases, now we will share a method that allows you to become a better shooter.

Whenever you’re controlling your player on the floor, you will notice a blue circular bar underneath your character. As you move further away from the hoop, you will notice that the blue bar will decrease in length. This is because that blue circle represents your range, when you try to make a shot from a long range, you will find it pretty hard to make a shot and get a 3-point score.

Now let’s try to shoot. You will see a white bar increasing to cover the blue bar, you need to fill up the blue bar with the white bar all the way to the end. However, that’s not easy to do because once the white bar reaches the end of the blue bar, it will quickly fall back. So, you need to time it perfectly such that you hit the release button at the exact moment the white bar hits the end of the bottom blue bar. If you hit the button at the exact moment, you will see the bar turns green, this indicates you made a perfect shot.
