Deep Sea Fishing update of RuneScape3 is now live. Today MmoGah shares with you a Deep Sea Fishing Guide. This guide has some amazing new ways to train the Fishing skill. You will get +300K XP per hour when fishing at the new offshore hub. Let’s dive in!
To get started, you are going to talk to Goomah in the fishing guild and select “Travel”.
Magnetic Minnows (level 68)
Magnetic Minnows can be turned into Manta Ray, Sea turtle or Great White Shark bait. The fish can be eaten without cooking to heal 100 life points each. They are stackable, so you don’t have to worry about banking too often. When you click it, you have the option of making 3 types of bait. The XP per hour you’ll get on this spot is 60-100K.
Sea Turtles/Great White Sharks/Manta Rays (levels 79-81)
They are fished in the exact same manner once you have 300 Minnows, or you can buy the bait from the GE with your RS Gold. You make Minnows into the bait that you need, and then put the bait into the fishing spot. Once you activate the fishing spot, you will see all of the fish in the 4 corners around you. You will be able to fish at least 50 fish from the fishing spot, and the XP you’ll get is about 100K/H, but you can only do this when you have bait.
Green/Blue Blubber Jellyfish (level 68, 91)
When you get here, you’ll see some of the Jellyfish are electrified, and you are going to prioritize catching the electrified ones because they give you a higher catch rate. But fishing at an electrified spot causes a debuff stack to accumulate with each catch. When it gets to 10 stacks, continuing to fish at an electrified spot will cause you to be stunned for about 10 seconds upon a successful catch. Welcome to MmoGah’s 1-99 Construction quick guide. This guide is a quick rundown of what you have to do to get level 99. There is also a cost analysis at the end. Construction is a skill you should train in DXP because it’s very expensive, so do this on DXP Weekend will save you a lot of RuneScape Gold.
Levels 1-19
You are going to make Crude Wooden Chairs, and the room for this is the Parlour room. These require 2 Planks and 2 Nails each, but you’ll need more nails because they do break sometimes. You need to make 61 Crude Wooden Chairs to get level 19. The XP you will get for each chair is 66.
Levels 19-26
We can do Oak Chairs. This requires a Parlour Room and each chair needs 2 oak planks. You’ll need 80 Oak Planks for level 26, this means you would have to make 40 Oak Chairs which should take around 5 minutes. This would be a loss of 40-50K RS3 Gold and the XP you’ll get for each chair is 120.
Levels 26-33
You can move on to Oak Armchairs. This also requires Parlour room. Oak Armchair requires 3 Oak Planks each, and you need 159 Oak Planks for level 33. You have to make 53 Oak Armchairs which should take 5-10 minutes. The XP you get for each chair is 180. Making Oak Armchairs will be a loss of 90-100K RSGP.
Levels 33-52
You can start doing Oak Larders in the Kitchen. Oak Larders require 8 Oak Planks each and they give you quite a lot of XP per hour. You need 1,760 Oak Planks for level 52. you will have to make 220 Oak Larders. This should take you 1 hour, and the loss will be around 1-1.2M RSGP. The XP you get per Oak Larder is 480.
Remember to use a Butler at level 40+, because a Butler can go to the bank for you and get you Planks, which will speed up your XP per hour and how many you can make per hour dramatically.
At level 50+ you can use a Demon Butler who is a bit quicker at coming back, and he brings back more Planks.
Levels 52-63
You are going to have your Demon Butler and you can make Mahogany Tables. This requires a Dining room, and you’ll be using 6 Mahogany Planks each. You need 1,750 Mahogany Planks for level 63, and you have to make 292 Mahogany Tables to use up all of these planks. This takes 30 minutes with the butler getting everything from the bank for you. Making these tables will be a loss of 4-4.5M RS Gold. You will get 400-600K XP/H depending on how efficient you are.
Levels 63+
We can do Driftwood Prawnbrokers. You will be building these in the Aquarium room. The Driftwood Prawnbroker requires 8 Teak Planks each. These are 500K XP/H and cost you 12-13 GP/XP.
You need 6,937 Teak Planks if you just want to go to level 73 and start doing Mahogany Prawnbrokers. If you just going to level 73, you have to make 868 Prawnbrokers which take 70-90 minutes and cost you 8M RS Gold.
If you want to do this all the way to level 99, you are going to need 140,732 Teak Planks for 99. Remember that all of these can be half during DXP Weekend, so in DXP you only need 70,000 Teak Planks. You’ll have to make 17,592 Prawnbrokers for level 99, and it takes you 25-27 hours and costs 160-165M RS Gold. Again, all of this is half on DXP weekend.

Levels 1-3
You’ll want to do Druidic Ritual Quest. It’s not actually needed to start Herblore, but this quest can help you learn the skill a little and gives you certain resources to use. It takes you 5 minutes to do if not less.
Levels 3-26
You can make the Attack Potions. You have to make 309 Attack Potions for 26. I definitely advise using a Portable Well all the time, because it gives you 10% chance to proc an additional potion. These 309 Attack potions take 8 minutes and will be 10-20K GP profit.
Levels 26-38
You can make Energy Potions. You’ll have to make 292 Energy Potions to 38. It looks expensive because these potions will lose 50-60K GP, but the journey is really short.

Levels 38-55
You will be doing Prayer Potions. This is going to be consistently cheap and sometimes may profit actually. Continue to use a Portable Well. I highly suggest you unlock Scroll of Cleansing once you hit level 49. A Scroll of Cleansing costs 20K Dungeoneering Tokens and adds a chance to save a secondary ingredient which will save you tons of money in the long run. You’ll need 1,416 Prayer Potions for level 55, and the XP per hour you’ll get is around 200K.
Levels 55-76
If you want faster experience with minimal loss, from 55 to 76, you can start doing Super Strength Potions. Make sure to use a Scroll of Cleansing as well as a Portable Well. You’ll have to make 8,508 Super Strengths for level 76. This takes around 4 hours and the potions will be 1M loss with procs from the Scroll of Cleansing and the Portable Well, which is very minimal for this amount of potions. Super Strengths are 275-300K XP/H.
Level 76-88
You can make Super Magic Potions, remember to use Scroll of Cleansing and your portable well. You need to make 16,071 Super Magic Potions for 88. This should take 7.5-8 hours and the potions will be 10M loss with the procs from the Scroll and the Well. These potions give 360-400 XP/H.
Level 88-99
This is the expensive but good way to do Herblore. You’ll want to make every single Extreme and turn all the Extremes into Overload Potions all the way to 99. Overloads require you to make 1 of each extreme, these extremes are Attack, Strength, Defence, Magic, and Ranging. You combine all of the extremes together with a Torstol and that makes an Overload.
